Hi there! I’m Rui Pang, a product designer with expertise in new product development, UX/UI design, design systems, and front-end collaboration, working across these disciplines to create unified, system-level experiences.

Collaborated with the Chief of Staff to envision the next-generation Beltways OS system, leveraging my hybrid background in industrial and product design to craft a seamless experience that integrates hardware and software.
Designed end-to-end workflows for Beltway OS 2.0, including information architecture, user flows, interaction patterns, and interface design.
Maintained and evolved the Beltway OS design system, improving its compatibility with V0 (AI prototyping tool) to accelerate development speed.
Communicated with developers to align on the tech stack and streamline design-to-development handoff through shared processes and standards.
Documented design files and articulated design principles, creating high-quality datasets for AI-assisted tasks such as hierarchy design, navigation, UX writing, and design review.
