Live Well Collaborative is a nonprofit design innovation lab that partners with industry to co-create human-centered products, services, and systems across life stages. Served as a Design Research Fellow, I collaborated with other fellows on 5 design projects across UX/service design, consumer research and exploratory design, delivering award-winning design solutions.


Key Responsibilities
Led 5 end-to-end client engagements across government and CPG sectors, from scoping and research planning to synthesis and delivery
Conducted 40+ user interactions including interviews, contextual inquiry, and co-creation workshops to uncover pain points and opportunities
Translated research insights into service blueprints, UX flows, and concept proposals to inform client roadmaps
Facilitated stakeholder workshops and readouts, aligning cross-functional teams on priorities and next steps
Produced research reports and design artifacts that informed strategy and implementation
